I have been licensed since 18 years of age. My first summer job when I turned 15 was working in the family real estate office. I instantly fell in love with real estate and knew that this was the industry for me. I have a huge passion for design, architecture and nature. Helping people buy and sell homes is fun and exciting for me. I also invest in real estate myself. It is my goal to be involved in all aspects of “real estate” at some point. As a Realtor my top priority is to provide the best service possible to my clients. I work vigorously to stay on top of the local markets. I scour the MLS daily to see what listings are on the market, how long homes are staying on the market and what the inventory levels are. I research new home developments and established neighborhoods to know what amenities are available to potential buyers. I keep lists of reputable vendors that I recommend doing business with that are necessary to a transaction such as home inspectors, lenders, home warranty companies, title companies, insurance companies and more. I provide my seller clients with a marketing strategy and plan and let them know how I intend to execute my plan to get their home sold as quickly as possible. I provide insight as to how a home should be “staged” while it is active on the market. I am always brainstorming to come up with innovative ideas that might help give my listing an edge over others. I also think of creative ways to help my buyers have an edge over other buyers when we are in a competitive market. I’m a full time, full service agent that brings a lot to the table and I am always extremely responsive. Communication is key in this industry so I am always available! |
